The hotel was fairly clean with big size rooms and affable staff. We ate at an average restaurant with friendly staff. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and worked perfectly.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

I recently stayed at Belo Horizonte Plaza for 7 nights after a whirlwind vacation in Brazil. The room was incredibly spacious, with a king-sized bed and a sitting area. The city views were great, and the bathroom was big with excellent lighting and a huge shower with awesome water pressure. The staff was exceptional - helpful and super nice! The food at the restaurant, including the hamburger, was delicious. The breakfast was great too, and the hotel's location right next to the airport bus terminal was perfect. an amazing stay with the best value in the city!

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is very noisy; bad breakfast; worst coffee I had in ages. The hotel looks from the 70's need a restauration. Overprised and for the worldcup they hang the prices already there 1200 reais hahahahahaha what a joke and a mess.

Location: the hotel was so close to Diamond Mall where there is a great food court and nice supermarket as well as historic city centre

During my stay, the hotel provided the perfect location for exploring nearby attractions and shopping spots. The shuttle bus terminal next to the hotel was incredibly convenient for getting to and from the airport. I also enjoyed being close to restaurants and shops and loved the short distance to the main square. The room and bathroom were both clean, spacious, and comfortable. The service was great for a solo traveler like myself, and I appreciated the variety of breakfast options. the gym and hot showers were a great plus!

The lack of amenities in the swimming pool.

The four star hotel should consist superlative qualities. This hotel achieve that standard.. almost. It was very close. A very nice experience.

The breakfast was average. In addition some of the staff members did not realize what is customer variety.

The hotel staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast was great. The location was perfect, especially for getting to and from the airport.

The rooms at Plaza Belo Horizonte have tasteful wooden furnishings and pastel bedding, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. As an adventure traveler, I loved coming back to this comfortable and elegant room after a day of exploring the city.

Personally, I found the double bed in the deluxe suite a bit smaller than I anticipated. However, I understand that others might still find it perfectly comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect, right at the Airport Connection bus stop. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. I especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and spa lounge. The wi-fi was reliable and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Good for Business and Convenient Location

This hotel is a good option for business travelers, as it has modern, clean, and comfortable rooms with effective air conditioning. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The breakfast served each morning offers a decent selection of fresh fruits and breads. A coach stop for the airport is conveniently located next to the hotel. there are restaurants within walking distance and a taxi stand on the street outside the hotel.

The WiFi speed can be unpredictable and the towels in the bathroom can be quite threadbare. The noise from the street can also be heard from the rooms, so light sleepers may need to bring earplugs.
